We not only breed German Wirehaired Pointers, we enjoy them. We love to spend time with our dogs. They’re part of our family. Our wirehairs enjoy hunting with us, with our friends and family, and on guided hunts with other hunting enthusiasts. We hope you enjoy these photos from hunting trips home and across the Midwest. As you can see, our dogs travel and hunt well in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa.
Grouse and Pheasant Hunt, Mobridge, SD 2012 We enjoyed ourselves so much we retuned in 2013. Great scenery; miles and acres of great hunting – with good hunting dogs like our GWPs you just can’t go wrong!
Grouse Hunting Pierre, SD in 2011 Hunting the federal grasslands is one of our favorites. This is an amazing hunt and involves lots of miles of walking and you just can’t successfully do this without dogs like ours. We can’t wait to return year after year!

DJ’s first pheasant, October, 2007 – couldn’t have been better as Blaze has always been special to him. It was a great day hunting with his Uncle Ron and father John. Blaze had a perfect point and DJ made a perfect shot – it only took one!

Hunting was so good that we forgot to take any pictures with the dogs – we only made that mistake once. The proof is in the birds. The dogs worked well!
